Amy Parkinson trained at Eversheds, where - during her training contract - she spent 6 months in-house at Manchester United FC, and another 6 months in Hong Kong. She was later seconded to Fiserv and Worldpay, before leaving Eversheds as a senior associate after 7.5 years. She is now a Legal Director at tech-focused boutique law firm Founders Law, where she specialises in fintech law.
