In large City firms, transactions are typically led by the corporate, banking/finance or real estate teams, although other teams sometimes lead and are regularly brought in to provide specialist input. In this chapter, we provide is a simplified overview of the roles commonly carried out by some of the key practice areas in the context of transactions.
