  • Lloyds Pharmacy Divestmentin 2023, The firm advised in the Scottish element of Lloyds Pharmacy's UK-wide divestment programme. The corporate team, advised 18 separate clients on the acquisition of 37 chemist shops across Scotland. The total value of these deals exceeded £35 million.
  • 4J Studios: advised game developer 4J Studios on its commercial agreement with Mojang for the development of console editions of Minecraft.
