Training contract

Hill Dickinson’s training contract is made up of four seats, each six months long. Seats include Cargo & Logistics, Yachts, Shipping, Employment NHS, Health litigation, Health Real Estate, Banking, Commercial and Real Estate to name but a few. During each six-month seat, there are two reviews with the firm’s dedicated trainee committee. The firm has designed a special trainee development programme to boost trainees business skills and personal and professional growth, which involves bi-monthly sessions.
