Training contract

Shepherd & Wedderburn offers a four-seat rotational training contract, which includes mentorship and support from the learning and development team.

Trainees are encouraged to participate in the firm’s focus groups, fostering collaboration and engagement within the organization. They also have the opportunity to benefit from various social events, such as the summer ball, BBQs, and quiz nights that have been organised in previous years. 

Secondments

Shepherd & Wedderburn provides opportunities to apply for client secondments, with previous secondments taking place at: Scottish Power, BayWa, Sainsbury’s Bank, Vattenfall, and Virgin Money. Trainees in Scotland can also apply for a six-month secondment to the London office.
