Gretchen Lennon trained at leading US law firm White & Case, where she worked for more than 6 years, specialising in employment law. She then took a career break and moved from the UK to the Swiss Alps, where she ended up managing a ski resort! She subsequently starting practicing again, but as a freelance legal consultant at various organisations. She then founded her own law firm, Lennon Legal, in 2015.
