Good answers I have previously come across included statements such as: &ldquo;I am motivated by my desire to: secure achievements that truly challenge me on both a personal and intellectual level; constantly learn and develop in order to reach my full potential; stand out from a crowd; be the best I can possibly be&rdquo; and so on, followed by examples of where the candidate had taken positive action to help achieve these aims.</span></span></span></p></div>"
