What do we mean by interpretation?

The interpretation section of a Watson Glaser test assesses your ability to understand and draw conclusions from information. In this section, you'll be presented with a primary passage of text, followed by a series of proposed conclusions. You must then determine whether each of the proposed conclusions logically flows – beyond reasonable doubt – from the information presented in the primary passage of text. 

You must disregard any prior knowledge when determining whether each conclusion can be reached, and assess each proposed conclusion independently.

• Select CONCLUSION FOLLOWS if you think the conclusion follows beyond reasonable doubt based (only) on the information presented in the primary passage of text, even though the conclusion may not follow absolutely.
• Select CONCLUSION DOES NOT FOLLOW if you don’t think the conclusion follows beyond reasonable doubt based (only) on the specific information presented in the primary passage of text.
