Dear Sirs,

I am writing to express my keen interest in the Dispute Resolution Paralegal position at Hodge Jones and Allen.

As a Dispute Resolution/Commercial Litigation Paralegal my responsibilities include legal drafting, conducting legal research and having conduct of matters day to day. Additionally, I headed my previous firms debt recovery, regularly meeting with partners to ensure that the firms debts were kept on top of. Having worked in Dispute Resolution for almost a year, I feel I have the necessary skills to flourish in this position. 

I have exceeded my targets each month so far in my current position, therefore I can confidently say that I have the ability to keep to and hopefully exceed, time and billing targets with the right firm if provided the opportunity.

Hodge Jones & Allen are a well established firm, having started in 1977 they have gone from strength to strength, winning many awards in the process. If given the opportunity, I would love to be apart of the volunteering opportunities HJA offer such as taking part in pro bono wherever possible.

Having strong ethical values is extremely important to me, I regularly volunteer for guide dogs and take part in legal volunteering wherever I can, I will be taking part in the London Legal Walk later this month to help raise money for frontline free legal advice agencies so that every individual has access to justice. 

Due to my experience, I feel that a salary range from £28,00 - £32,000 is appropriate.
