This chapter contains detailed written feedback on hundreds of successful application questions. The feedback was provided/signed off by an experienced City lawyer. 

We have decided to categorise the application answers in this chapter by topic rather than by firm. So, for example, were a single application form contained answers to three distinct questions - e.g. answers to "why law?", "why the firm?", and "why you?" - we decided to split out those three answers into lessons dedicated to the relevant topics (e.g. the "why law?" answer goes into a dedicated lesson containing other example successful answers to "why law?").

We took this approach, as we felt this would provide a more helpful (and comprehensive) reference point for candidates when working on specific types of questions. However, we've also incorporated these applications in their entirety into the relevant firm-specific lessons later on in this course.

Note that where a question covers multiple topics (e.g. "Why do you want to be a lawyer, and why specifically at this firm?"), we've included the answer/feedback in each of the relevant lessons.
