The Immunocore Legal and Compliance placement role involved supporting various legal and compliance functions within the company. Responsibilities included collecting and managing personal data, enhancing the fallback language library for contracts such as Service/Vendor Agreements and Clinical Trial Agreements, and working with CRO partners to improve efficiency in clinical study timelines. I would also conduct legal research on biotechnology regulations, assist in preparing compliance reports, and monitor regulatory updates to ensure adherence to laws.
